What it is
MinuteKeep is a digital corporate minute book for Canadian corporations (Federal, Ontario, BC, Alberta, Quebec). Lawyer-drafted templates, not AI. $99 CAD a year per corporation. We do not incorporate and we do not file government annual returns.
You get a unique link. When someone you send uses it and pays for Pro, that first payment is yours to earn on.
What we pay
$20 CAD on the first paid $99 Pro only.
- One-time. Not a cut of year two.
- Not on Free signups.
- Not on refunds.
- Paid by e-transfer, monthly, from a report we send Rob. We do not auto-pay.
That is the whole rate. If you want the legal terms, those come from Rob. This page is how the program works.
How it works
- Fill in the form. You get a code and a link right away.
- Share the link. Email, site, newsletter. Your words or the paste we send you.
- If they check out Pro within 60 days of the click, we attribute that first $99 to your code. $20 shows on the next monthly report.
