    Indicate only broad categories already on hand, such as articles, bylaws, registers, resolutions, or share records.

Not a fit for the public check

  • It does not review or upload minute books, PDFs, or other corporate documents.
  • It does not request business numbers, account credentials, payment information, addresses, or director, officer, or shareholder details.
  • It does not create a MinuteKeep account, start a trial, show plans or prices, change a subscription, or send you to checkout.
  • It does not tell you that a corporation is compliant, predict a legal outcome, or replace advice from a lawyer or accountant.
  • It does not file government returns or contact a registry, bank, accountant, or other third party.

Share less, by design.

For the public readiness check, please do not share documents or information that identifies a person or corporation. The tool uses only the limited answers needed for the checklist. The public plugin does not access MinuteKeep account-specific status. MinuteKeep’s handling of personal information is described in its Privacy Policy.
